웹사이트의 한국어가 아닌 타 언어는 해당 언어권의 참관객들에게 편의를 위해 제공되는 것입니다.
행사 RULE에 관하여 언어별 규정이 명확하지 않을 경우 한국어 RULE을 기준으로 합니다.

퍼리조아에서는 원활한 이벤트 진행을 위해 참가자분들께 아래와 같은 규정을 준수하도록 하고 있습니다. 사고 없이 많은 분이 이벤트를 즐기실 수 있도록 참가자 여러분들은 아래의 규칙들을 숙지하신 후 행사 진행 중 해당 규정들을 지켜주시면 감사하겠습니다!

신분의 증명

이벤트 진행 중에는 일반인과 퍼슈터 모두 예외 없이 비표(참가증)를 스태프, 자원봉사자가 확인하기 쉬운 위치에 착용해주시기 바랍니다. 스태프와 자원봉사자는 원활한 행사 운영과 안전을 위해 참관객에게 신분증 확인을 요청 드릴 수 있습니다. 신분을 증명할 수 없거나, 비표와 신분이 다른 경우 행사에서 퇴장 조치 할 수 있습니다. 비표를 분실할 경우 주변에 있는 스태프에게 알려주시기 바랍니다.

FurryJoA는 전 연령이 참가해 즐길 수 있는 이벤트입니다. 단, 만 14세 미만의 참가자가 보호자 없이 혼자 참가하는 경우 보호자의 동의가 필요합니다. 14세미만 보호자 동의서 (다운로드)를 상시 지참해 스태프가 요구할 때 동의서를 제시할 수 있어야 합니다. 나이를 속여 참가했다가 적발 될 경우 즉시 행사에서 퇴장 조치 및 향후 행사 참가 제한 조치 할 수 있습니다.

행사장 활동 구역

퍼슈팅 구역은 킨텍스 1전시장 3층 그랜드볼룸 내부와 3층 볼룸 출입구 앞 로비로 권장됩니다. 복도나 야외공간에서 지나치게 소란을 피우거나 돗자리, 너무 큰 촬영 장비 등을 설치하여 통행을 방해하는 행위를 하는 등 남들에게 피해를 주는 행동은 제재를 받을 수 있습니다.

행사장과 관련 없는 장소(인근 호텔 등)에서 별도의 허가 없이 퍼슈팅을 하지 말아주세요. 퍼슈트는 참관객들이 자유롭게 캐릭터를 정하여 활동하는 점에서 코스프레와 비슷하지만, 행사와 관련 없는 분들에게는 행사 인형탈로 인식될 수 있습니다. 이는 허가된 행사 구역 외에서 행사 이벤트를 진행하는 것으로 인식될 수 있으며, 행사 운영에 관해 오해의 소지를 발생시킬 수 있기 때문입니다.

퍼슈트 및 코스튬 플레이

퍼리조아는 전 연령이 참가할 수 있는 행사며, 퍼리 팬덤 뿐만 아니라 지역 주민을 포함 일반 관광객도 자유롭게 참석할 수 있는 행사입니다. 퍼슈트 뿐만 아니라 동물 요소가 있는 캐릭터 코스튬, 동물 가면 등 가벼운 코스튬으로 활동하시는 것도 환영합니다.

타인에게 불쾌감을 줄 수 있는 (지나친 노출, 잔인함, 혐오, 지나친 섹슈얼 디자인, 사회적으로 논란이 될 수 있는 특정 집단 또는 단체를 상징하는 디자인 포함 등) 의상은 스태프의 판단 하에 참가를 제한 하거나 퇴장 조치 할 수 있습니다.

  • 탈의 공간
  • FurryJoA는 퍼리 컨벤션으로, 퍼슈트가 많은 행사 특성상 피팅룸 형태의 1인 탈의실이 제공되지 않습니다.
  • 화장실을 탈의 공간으로 사용하지 마세요. 다른 참가자에게 불편을 줄 수 있습니다.
  • 탈의 공간에서 본인의 캐리어를 펼쳐 방치해 놓치 마세요. 캐리어를 닫아 탈의 공간의 구석 또는 책상 아래 정리해 놓는 것을 권장합니다.
  • 슈퍼스폰서 참가자는 탈의실 외에 별도의 헤드리스 라운지(Headless Lounge)를 이용하실 수 있습니다. 잠시 헤드를 벗고 쉬고 싶을때는 라운지를 이용하시길 바랍니다.
  • 일반 코스튬플레이어
  • 퍼슈트가 아닌 일반 코스튬플레이어도 활동이 가능합니다.
  • FurryJoA는 행사 특성상 성별로만 구분된 공동 탈의 공간만 구성되며, 개인 탈의실은 제공되지 않으므로 이 점 참고하시길 바랍니다.
  • 소품에 관해
  • 소품의 크기는 180cm를 초과할 수 없습니다.
  • 모의총포에는 반드시 칼라파츠가 있어야 합니다.
  • 진검 및 날을 세운 도검류는 금지합니다.

[총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류 등의 안전관리에 관한 법률]에 따라 실 총기와 혼동 될수 있는 경우 행사 규정에 관계없이 사법기관의 처벌을 받을 수 있으며 무기류 소품들의 잘못된 사용으로 인한 피해에 대한 책임은 전적으로 사용자 본인에게 있음을 알립니다.

소지품에 대해

FurryJoA는 개인의 귀중품을 보관해 드리지 않으며 책임을 지지않습니다. 귀중품은 킨텍스 물품보관함(Locker) (위치: 1층 2,3,4홀 앞)를 이용해주세요.

  • 타인의 소지품, 가방 등은 주인의 허가 없이 함부로 만지지 마세요.
  • 그랜드볼룸 내에서 수상한 물건을 발견했을 때는 손을 대지 말고 스태프를 불러주시기 바랍니다.
  • 쓰레기는 건물 내 비치된 쓰레기통에 버리거나 휴대하여 퇴장해주시기 바랍니다.
  • 그랜드볼룸 내 식음료 및 주류는 반입할 수 없으나, 뚜껑이 있는 용기에 담긴 음료수에 한해 반입 가능합니다.
  • 분실물 습득 시 근처의 스태프 또는 자원봉사자에게 전달해주시기 바랍니다.

사진/영상 촬영, 스트리밍

FurryJoA는 참관객들이 자유롭게 교류할 수 있는 행사를 목표로 하고 있습니다. 행사에서 자유롭게 촬영이 가능하나 특정 퍼슈터 및 코스튬플레이어를 단독 촬영할때는 당사자의 허락을 받고 촬영해 주시길 바랍니다. 대부분의 퍼슈터 및 코스튬플레이어는 촬영하는것을 매우 선호합니다. 같이 행사를 즐기세요!

  • 촬영 가이드라인
  • 탈의 구역 내부에서의 촬영은 셀카를 포함해 절대 금지합니다.
  • 부스 딜러 허락 없이 부스를 촬영하지 마세요. (단 행사 스태프, 프레스 제외)
  • 설치형 촬영 장비는 원활한 통행을 위해 스태프 판단 하에 사용을 제제할 수 있습니다.
  • 플래시를 사용할 수 있으나, 그랜드볼룸 내 포토부스 근처에서 조명 간섭이 일어날 경우 이동 요청을 드릴 수 있습니다.
  • 라이브 스트리밍시 추가 가이드라인
  • 유튜브 트위치 등 라이브 스트리밍을 송출 하실 수 있습니다.
  • 탈의구역 내부가 아니더라도 탈의실의 입출구 방향을 촬영하지 않도록 주의해주세요.
  • 퍼슈터, 코스튬플레이어가 아닌 일반 참관객을 단독 촬영하지 않도록 해주세요.
  • 일반 개인 참가자의 얼굴 노출이 최소한이 되도록 신경써주세요.
  • 편집되지 않은 라이브 송출본 원본 VOD를 제공(다시보기)하는 것은 권장하지 않습니다.

행사 스태프, 프레스가 촬영한 사진 또는 영상은 이벤트 홍보 및 결과 게시를 위해 향후 공개적으로 사용될 수 있습니다.

기타 사항

컨벤션센터의 시설, 비품, 소품 등이 파손될 시 컨벤션센터 측에서 변상을 요구할 수 있습니다.

화재, 지진 등 천재지변 및 비상사태가 발생할 시 컨벤션센터 직원의 지시에 따라주시기 바랍니다.

원활한 이벤트 진행을 위한 스태프의 안내에 따르지 않을 시 경고 혹은 강제 퇴장 조치를 받을 수 있습니다.

상대방이 성적, 인격적으로 불쾌하게 느낄만한 행위, 언행은 삼가 바랍니다. 성추행, 성희롱, 인격모독 등의 사례발견 시 이벤트와 별개로 관련 국내법에 따라 처벌받을 수 있습니다. 이벤트 참가자 간의 분쟁이 발생할 시에는 당사자끼리 해결 바랍니다. 해결하기 어렵거나 긴급한 경우에는 스태프를 불러주시기 바랍니다. 다만, 스태프는 문제 해결을 위해 중재할 뿐 분쟁에 책임을 지지 않습니다.

컨벤션은 많은 사람이 모이는 공간이오니 건강과 청결에 주의하시기 바랍니다. FurryJoA 2는 오전부터 밤까지 장시간 진행되는 행사로 체력적으로 힘들 수 있으니 충분한 숙면을 취해 두시고, 이벤트 중에는 충분한 수분 섭취를 하며, 패널을 기다린다고 끼니를 거르지 마시기 바랍니다.

열린 마음으로 사람들과 교류하기 바랍니다. 많은 사람이 모이는 컨벤션에는 다양한 성격과 분야의 사람들이 찾아옵니다. 자기표현방식이나 대화방식이 나와 다르다고 해서 당황하지 마시고 각각이 서로 다른 개성을 가진 사람들이라는 걸 떠올려주시기 바랍니다.

상대방을 존중하고 배려하면 더욱 편안한 마음으로 사람들과 교류할 수 있습니다.

약관 동의

FurryJoA의 티켓을 구입(티켓이 포함된 상품을 포함)함은 위 내용에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.



FurryJoA는 이벤트의 개선을 위해 언제든지 위의 조항들을 수정, 추가, 혹은 삭제할 수 있으며, 변경된 조항은 변경 이후의 시점부터 즉시 적용됩니다.

At FurryJoA, participants must follow the rules mentioned below. For your safety and the safety of others, please make sure you read the rules below and follow them during the event.

Identification

During the event, every participant—both fursuiter and non-fursuiter—must wear their Nickname Card at a place where staff can easily see and identify it. Staff may request that you provide your identification card for the safe operation of the event. If you cannot provide your identification, or your identification does not match your name tag, you may be ordered to leave the event area. If you lose your name tag, immediately let a nearby staff know.

FurryJoA is open to people of all ages. However, those under the age of 14 should have explicit consent from their parents or legal guardian and a written consent form prepared during the event.

When staff asks for a consent form, they should be ready to present it. If you are caught cheating on your age, you will be removed from the event immediately, and you may be banned from further events held by us.

Event Zone

We recommend you fursuit only inside the KINTEX 1 3rd Floor Grand Ballroom and the lobby in front of it.

Please do not make a loud noise in the corridor or outside of the building; do not obstruct the traffic of people—by doing the followings, but not limited to, spreading a mat or installing photo-shooting equipment that may block the road on the floor.

Please refrain from fursuiting at a place unrelated to the event zone, such as a nearby hotel. Fursuiting is similar to cosplaying in that each person chooses their character and participates of their own's accord. However, those who do not know about the event may consider it a part of an official event. Thus, they may think that the event is being held outside the permitted boundary, which may lead to further misunderstanding regarding the operation of the event.

Fursuiting and Cosplaying

FurryJoA is open to people of all ages, and is open to not only furries, but also open to locals and tourists. Acting in not just a fursuit, but also a character costume with anthropomorphic features, wearing an animal mask is all welcome.

Staff may ask a person with an inappropriate costume—a costume with a design that may be too sexual, offensive, disgusting, or may represent an organization that is not socially tolerated—to leave the event zone, or may ban the person from participating in the event.

  • Changing Room
  • FurryJoA is a furry convention that does not provide a private changing room, as many fursuiters participate.
  • Please refrain from using the bathroom as a changing room; others may find it inappropriate and uncomfortable
  • Please do not leave your luggage wide open in the changing room; we recommend that you tidy up your luggage in the corner or under the desk in the changing room.
  • Apart from the changing room, Super Sponsor participants may also use the Headless Lounge. If you want to take off your head for a while, please use the Headless Lounge.
  • Non-Fursuit Costume Player
  • Normal costume players—non-fursuiters—can also participate in FurryJoA
  • Please note that FurryJoA does not provide a private changing room.
  • Props
  • The size of a prop cannot exceed 180cm.
  • All prop guns—such as an airsoft gun—should have a colored part on them.
  • Use of any real sword or blade is strictly prohibited.

Any use of a prop gun that can be mistaken for a real gun can be punished under the Act On The Safety Management Of Guns, Swords, And Explosives, regardless of the event rule.Please note that the one is solely responsible for the damage caused by their incorrect use of a prop gun.

Belongings

FurryJoA organizers do not keep participants' belongings and are not responsible for any loss of them. If you have any, please keep your valuables in the KINTEX locker—located in front of Hall 2, 3, and 4, KINTEX 1st Floor.

  • Do not touch others' belongings without their permission.
  • If you find any suspicious item in Grand Ballroom, DO NOT touch it and call nearby staff.
  • Please throw away trash in the trash can or carry it with you.
  • Please note that you cannot bring any food, drink, or alcohol with you, with the exception of drink in a container with a lid.
  • If you find any lost item, please bring it to nearby staff.

Photo-/Video-Shooting & Streaming

FurryJoA is a place where participants can freely interact with one another. You are free to take photos or videos unless you do so of a specific person; in such case, please get that person's permission before taking a photo or a video.Most fursuiters and costume players enjoy taking a photo together. Enjoy the festival with them!

  • Photo-/Video-Shooting Guideline
  • • Taking a photo—including a selfie—in changing room is strictly prohibited.
  • Do not take a photo or a video of the Dealers Den without the dealer's permission—except for the event staff and press.
  • Staff may request that you remove any installed equipment for photo-/video-shooting if it interrupts the traffic of people.
  • You may use a flashlight; if the interference of lights happens near the photo booth in Grand Ballroom, however, we may ask you to move over.
  • Additional Guideline for Live Streaming
  • You may live-stream the festival via YouTube, Twitch, and other live-streaming services.
  • Please be careful not to stream the entrance of the changing room, in addition to the inside of it.
  • Please refrain from streaming regular participants—those who are neither a fursuiter nor a costume player.
  • Please minimize exposure of regular participants' faces.
  • We do not recommend uploading unedited, raw VOD of the stream.

Please note that photos and video recordings taken by staff and press members can be used publicly for PR purposes.

Misc

KINTEX may demand reimbursement for any damage to the convention center's property.

In case of emergencies such as fire or earthquakes, please follow the instruction of the convention center staff.

For the safe operation of the event, please follow the instructions of the event staff; if not, you may be given a warning or removed from the event ground.

Please refrain from any behavior that others may find offensive personally or sexually.

You may be punished under domestic law, apart from the event rule, in case of any sexual misconduct, sexual assault, and personal attack.

In case of a conflict between event participants, the involved parties should deal with it by themselves.

If things go south, however, you may call staff for intervention.

Please note that staff members will only intervene for mediation and will not be held responsible for any outcome of the conflict.

The event ground is where a lot of people will gather, so please be mindful of your health and hygiene.

FurryJoA 2 will be held from morning to night; it can be quite exhausting, so please take a deep sleep before the event day, drink a lot of water, and do not skip your meal.

Please be open-minded when you interact with others.

A lot of people with different backgrounds will come to the convention.

Just because they have a different way of expressing themselves does not mean you can disrespect them.

Your thoughtfulness will make FurryJoA a better place for everybody.

Furry JOAでは円滑なイベントの為に参加者の皆さんに以下のルールを守るようにお願いしております。トラブルなく、多くの方々がイベントを楽しめるように参加者の皆さんにご協力お願いします。

イベント参加

Furry JOAは全年齢が参加し、楽しめるイベントです。

年齢を誤魔化しての参加することが確認された場合、即時イベント退場となりますのでご了承ください。

イベント中は参加証をスタッフ、ボランティアが確認しやすい位置に着用してください。イベントの参加の確認のためスタッフやボランティアが参加証のご提出をお願いする場合がございます。

参加証を紛失場合には直ぐに近くのスタッフに連絡ください。

イベント会場

イベント会場、更衣室以外のエリアはコンベンションセンターの共用エリアとなります。廊下や屋外などで周りに迷惑になる行為は禁止致します。

着ぐるみを着用しない皆さんへ

イベントに参加する着ぐるみは各オーナーが愛情を持っているキャラクターであり、大体一つだけのものです。また、外見は可愛いケモノの姿ですが中には人がいます。着ぐるみと触れ合う際にはこの事を忘れないで優しく触れ合ってください。

オーナーによっては触れたくない、または撮影されたくない方もいらっしゃいます。撮影やハグなどをする際は必ずキャラから許可を得てください。そして、断れた場合は無理矢理触ったり、無断に撮影しないでください。

着ぐるみを着ている方は普段より視野と聴力などが制限されます。また、長時間の着用はオーナーに体力的に負担がかかります。困っているキャラクターを発見したら近くのスタッフ、ボランティアに連絡するか、大変な事じゃないと判断できる場合には先に手伝いの許可得てから手伝ってください。

着ぐるみを着用する皆さんへ

充分な休憩や水分補給など、体調に無理がないように気をつけてください。異常があった場合には近くのスタッフ、ボランティアに連絡ください。

体力的に負担がかかる際、必ず休憩してください。

更衣室以外での更衣は禁止されています。

着ぐるみを着たまま床に寝たりする行為は意識不明と間違える可能性がありますのでお控えください。

オーナーが危険状態だと判断される場合(意識がはっきりしない、外部からの刺激に反応しないなど）スタッフまたは救急隊員が強制的に脱衣することがあります。また、脱衣が難しい場合には着ぐるみが破損される可能性がありますのでご了承ください。

着ぐるみの着用中でも外と連絡が取れる方法を検討してから参加してください。（アテンドとの行動、直接話す、スマホやホワイトボードなどの使用

着ぐるみ着用中連絡が取れない状況で問題が発生した際には近くのスタッフに連絡してください。

着ぐるみを着用しない皆さんへの内容も読んでください。

持ち物

自分の希少品の管理に気をつけてください。FurryJOAでは個人が紛失した希少品についての責任は負いません。

他人の手荷物は持ち主の許可なしには触らないでください。

会場内で不審物を発見した際には触らずにスタッフに連絡してください。

ゴミは会場内のゴミ箱に捨てるか、自分で持ち帰ってください。

会場内に飲食物やお酒などの持ち込みは禁止されていますが、フタがある容器にある飲み物に限って持ち込みが出来ます。

忘れ物を拾得した際にはスタッフ、ボランティアに教えてください。

写真、又は動画撮影、ストリーミング

更衣室、ディーラーズデーンでの撮影は禁止します。（ただし、 イベントのスタッフからの撮影やディーラーズデーンのブース参加者が自分のブースの撮影を許可する場合は可能）

会場内でのライブストリーミング（YouTube、twitch、ニコニコ動画の生放送など）は禁止しています。

スタッフが撮影した写真と動画はイベント広報や結果の掲示などの為に使われることがあります。

その他の参加規約

相手に迷惑になる行動や露骨な性的墓参、残酷さなどの不健全な行動はお控えください。

コンベンションセンターの施設、備品、小道具を破損した場合にはコンベンションセンターから返上を要求することがあります。

火事、地震などの天災事変が発生した際にはコンベンションセンターの業務員の指示に従ってください。

円滑なイベントの為のスタッフの指示に従わない場合には警告、または強制退場されることがあります。

イベントの参加者同士での争いが発生した場合は当事者同士で解決してください。直ぐ解決出来ない場合や緊急な場合などはスタッフに連絡してください。ただし、スタッフは問題の解決の為にだけ仲裁し、争いについては責任を負いません。

コンベンションは多くの人が集まる場所であります。健康と清潔に気をつけてください。長時間のイベント参加は体力的に疲れることもありますので十分な睡眠を取っておき、イベント中には水分摂取と食事を忘れないようにしてください。

開き心で人々と交流しましょう。多くの人が集まるコンベンションでは色んな性格と分野の人たちが集まります。自己表現の方法などが自分と違っても慌てないで全ての人が自分だけの個性を持つ人ということを忘れないでください。

相手を尊重し、配慮しましょう。もっと安らかな心で交流することができます。

相手が性的、人格的に不快感を感じる行為、行動はしないでください。セクハラ、人格冒涜などのことが起きた場合はイベントと別に国内法によって処罰されることがあります。

FurryJOA運営チームはイベントの改善の為、上記の参加規約の内容を変更、追加、又は削除する場合がございます。変更された内容は変更以降の時点から即時適用されます。
